Christian smashed his cycling goals this year

Name

Christian Schneider

Age

43

Christian sees much better gains from coaching than generic training plans

Background

Very healthy, but had not done any serious bike riding for about 3 years prior to starting.

“I started cycling in 1992 when I was 13 and my parents got me a MTB. It was the first MTB boom and everybody wanted to have one. I was never good at sport in school but in cycling I could compete with the fit guys in my class. However, I never got into competitive cycling, that would have required to join a club and the next club was quite far away. (I live in a rural area) During university time, I worked in a bike shop on the weekends and the owner also introduced me to MTB marathons. (He also raced marathons and his daughter competed in XC on national level) I did that for a few years but got carried away by job obligations.” Christian

I’ve been disrupting the coaching industry for nearly a decade; forcing an introduction of personalising training to each individual, which is now widely adopted by other coaches as best practise.

Author of the Amazon Number 1 New Release book

The Guide to Truly Effective Cycling is aimed at individuals who are new to structured training, although most people will take something away from this and a lot of the information has been presented in a way different to the norm.

“For engaging, supportive, communicative, reliable, science led coaching you need look no further.”
